    Lee Jolly, Service & Programme Delivery Manager

    Lee was appointed in 2011 and manages service delivery. In this role Lee supports the CEO and CFO in implementing strategy for Boston Limited by leading a programme of projects which form part of the Company’s on-going strategic plan including its Information Technology function.

    Lee has a wealth of project and service experience in several different sectors including International communications, Government sectors, e-Commerce and utilities covering the Isle of man and the UK.

    Lee has a daughter and lives in Douglas where she enjoys a busy schedule with all of her young daughter’s interests. She also enjoys socialising with family and friends. Lee is a member of the BCS - The Chartered Institute for IT.

    Chris Caley, Assistant to Financial Controller

    Chris joined the Group in December 2011 as a maternity cover placement. In his role as Assistant to the Financial Controller, Chris helps to manage the day to day financial control of the company; including maintaining the purchase and sales ledgers.

    He is ACCA Part Qualified and has worked in various roles in the life assurance sector.

    Chris is married and has four children. Outside of work, he is Chairman of the Parent Teacher Association at the primary school attended by his three youngest children. He is also currently renovating his home with his wife.

    Rachel Turner, Office Assistant/Secretarial Support

    Rachel joined Boston Group in 2008, in the period of expansion that followed their acquisition of Lawfords Limited. Rachel works part-time as a team leader to the filing/scanning/reception departments, and has built up a team that offers good service to both clients and colleagues.

    Rachel has twenty-six years of office experience, working at every level from office junior to team leader and will turn her hand to most tasks. She has previously worked at Warburg Asset Management and Barclays Private Bank and Trust.

    Rachel enjoys taking on projects and streamlining processes to make them more efficient and cost effective for the business. She enjoys working for Boston because she considers her work colleagues as an extended family - all working as a team to deliver the best results for clients.

    Rachel enjoys walking, fundraising for Hospice, participating in the Isle of Man Pony Club and supporting her children in the sports they undertake.

    Nicola Hughes, Office Assistant

    Nicola joined Boston Group in October 2008 and provides back office support to the other Boston administrators. She takes care of day to day tasks as varied as filing, collating information for colleagues and reception duties.

    Nicola previously worked as a Catering Manager for Marks and Spencer, where she was a finalist in the 2008 "Chef of the Year" awards. She has been awarded the Advanced Health and Hygiene Certificate. She is also a trained Homeopath, having completed a Diploma in this field. She is currently studying towards a Company and Trust Foundation Course.

    Outside of the office Nicola is married and enjoys correcting the manuscripts of her husband, who is a writer. She also enjoys baking.

    Kathleen Worrall, Office Assistant

    Kathleen joined Boston Ltd in 2005 after a varied employment history. Kathleen’s past administration experience includes working as a Tax Officer, a Social Security Officer and a Marine Insurance Clerk in Liverpool - where she was born. After qualifying as a Primary School teacher at Thomas Huxley College in London, Kathleen moved to the Isle of Man and settled in Laxey. She taught in Laxey School, and later worked as a Nursery Assistant in a number of local schools.

    Kathleen has three children, two of whom are married. She enjoys music and reading and is a staunch supporter of her football team back home in Liverpool.

    Fiona Trustrum, Office Assistant

    Fiona joined Boston Group in August 2008 and provides back office support on a part-time basis to our Administrators.

    She previously worked for Equity Ltd administering a portfolio of High Net Worth clients.

    Outside of the office Fiona is married with two young children. She enjoys mountain biking and walking in the hills near her home in Port Erin.

    Jacqui Heyes, Receptionist

    Jacqui joined Boston Group in January 2011 as Receptionist. Running a very busy reception she is the first point of contact for callers and visitors to Boston Group.

    Jacqui has many years’ experience in the finance sector working in various reception roles in similar CSP Companies and has several years’ experience in banking. She is also a fully Qualified Nursery Nurse (a profession she took up when she left school).

    With her experience in similar job roles, Jacqui has a good understanding of the needs of both clients and staff, which is important in providing a good service. She always maintains a pleasant and professional manner in her role.

    Outside work Jacqui is married and has two sons. In her own time she enjoys swimming, gardening and travelling.
