Greg oversees all of Boston Group’s operations, having been appointed in 2011 to lead the Group forward as it continues to develop and build on its ambitious expansion plans.
Greg has a wealth of experience in the sectors of private wealth management, operations and corporate banking and was formerly the Managing Director of Barclays Wealth. In this position, he was responsible for the Barclays Offshore Private Client and Corporate Division, covering the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey.
Greg holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction, a BSC (Hons) in Business Studies and an MBA from Henley Management College.
Married with a young family, Greg regularly runs and weight trains, and in his youth was Captain of the England under 18s rugby team. He is supportive of local community projects and is on the Manx Board of Junior Achievement.

Ruth looks after the affairs of the Moore family, who founded the Boston Group, in her capacity as head of the Family Office.
Ruth began her career after completion of a BA (Hons) Geography degree at the University of Liverpool. She joined Boston Group as one of its first employees, after spending four years with a major accountancy firm and qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant. Since 2008 Ruth has been present on several family boards, and has experience within all aspects of the family office; including asset allocation strategy, trust and estate planning, wealth preservation, and investment selection and control.
Ruth is married with two children and spends a lot of her spare time managing their vast array of interests! She also enjoys being outdoors, having an active social life, and spending time with family and friends. Ruth is Secretary of the Boston Charitable Foundation and enjoys getting involved with the projects that the Foundation has supported over the years.

Grant joined Boston in 2008 and in his role as Chief Financial Officer he supports the CEO in setting and implementing strategy for the Boston Group. He ensures that business decisions always have a sound financial grounding. He heads the Governance, Risk, Compliance and IT functions helping Boston achieve its customer service goals.
Grant is a Chartered Management Accountant and now has more than ten years experience in the fiduciary services sector. Before his move into fiduciary services, Grant worked in high-tech manufacturing and distribution. His previous roles included Financial Director of the IOM Manufacturing Division and European Business Systems Manager for the Melles Griot group.
Grant’s background has given him a broad insight into the industry and considerable experience at board level, as well as an understanding of the benefits associated with implementing technology solutions.
Grant is married and lives in the Manx capital, Douglas, with his wife. Outside of work, he has a keen interest in music and plays guitar for a local band.

Andrew came to Boston in 2009 and manages a portfolio of complex structures. He is also responsible for the day-to-day operation of Boston’s client service delivery.
Andrew has over thirty years’ experience in trust and corporate administration. This includes a position as the director of a large trust and corporate service provider on the Island, where he oversaw a considerable portfolio of structures for high net worth individuals and large companies.
Andrew is a member of The Chartered Institute of Bankers (Trustee) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Andrew is married with two sons and his three main passions are cricket, music, and local charity involvement.

Peter joined Boston Limited in 2004 and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2011. He acts as lead director for a portfolio of complex structures and has particular experience in property.
Peter graduated from Sheffield University with a BA (Hons) degree and has spent most of his working life on the Isle of Man. He has previously held management positions at Abacus Limited (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) and Anglo Irish Trust Company Limited. He has over 25 years’ experience in the administration of trust and company structures.
Peter is a keen sportsman, and has played hockey at various levels in England. On Island, he has been a member of the Isle of Man Hockey Squad for many years. He now assists with junior coaching and helps to organise the Boston corporate hockey team.

As a director of Boston Limited, Philip plays a key role in determining the future direction of the business. Philip acts as client director for a range of in-house companies, providing trustee services. He also acts as an advisor at a strategic level for all of our clients.
Phillip has accumulated a vast understanding of the industry, with a particular expertise in tax. Before joining Boston, Philip was Senior Tax Manager at Equiom; and prior to this was Tax Manager at Grant Thornton.
Phillip is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has developed a wide network of professional intermediaries and works closely with these advisers to ensure that the optimum solutions are delivered to Boston’s clients.
Philip is married with three children, and enjoys mountain-biking, football, good food and music.

Since joining Boston in 2011, Ali has advised new and existing clients on international project work; with a specialism in cross-border tax and structuring matters. Ali also promotes the business development of the Boston Group.
Ali started his career at KPMG in London, before being appointed as a Director of SMP Accounting & Tax in the Isle of Man. This has given him a wealth of experience when it comes to managing international client relationships, which he brings to his role at Boston.
Ali graduated from St Andrews University with a MA (Joint Hons) Modern History and Management, and has since become a UK Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Ali lives in the Isle of Man with his wife and three young children. Ali has a keen interest in football, has run the New York marathon twice and competed in the 2011 Parish Walk.
