Our team

Richard has over 30 years of business experience having been involved in the family manufacturing, retail and venture capital businesses from an early age. He set up Boston Group in 2002 with a view to coordinating and enhancing the Moore family’s affairs.

After settling permanently in the Isle of Man in 2004, and being of an entrepreneurial nature, Richard decided to expand the Group into what is now one of the leading financial services companies on the island. Having started with 1 employee in 2002 there are now over fifty employees with further growth planned for the coming years.

Aside from his business interests, Richard is a philanthropist who actively seeks to promote the welfare of others and he has set up the Boston Charitable Foundation to donate funds to good causes and community projects on the Isle of Man.

Richard has a keen interest in all outdoor sports and particularly enjoys shooting, tennis and golf.
